Since February 2025 the EU AI Act expects every business that uses AI tools to support the AI literacy of its staff (Art. 4) — and you should be able to show what you did.

Do I need Notion?
No. Every kit is also available as Word, Excel and PDF files. For the Notion edition, the free Notion plan is enough.
Which languages are available?
Every kit is available in English, German, Dutch, Spanish and Croatian. You choose your edition at checkout.
How do I receive the kit?
Payment and your receipt are handled by Gumroad. Right after purchase you get either a link to duplicate the template into your Notion workspace or a ZIP file with Word, Excel and PDF files.
What is the difference between the two editions?
The content and the price are the same. The Notion edition is a connected workspace with views and automatic fields. The download edition gives you Word documents to edit, an Excel workbook with the registers and automatic deadlines and checks, and PDFs to print.
Can I use a kit for several companies?
One purchase covers use within one business. If you need kits for several companies or for your clients, please contact us.
